Positions Up for Nominations

Deadline for nominations is September 3, 2014.

1. Chairperson
   Since clay has resigned as Chairperson we need a replacement.
   The chairperson duties include:
   Authority to schedule and announce special meetings
   Shall preside at all board meetings
   Shall prepare agendas for meetings
   Exercise parliament control for Robert’s Rules of Order
   Authority to make statements on behalf of the Makerspace
   Authority to officially act on behalf of the Makerspace (sign leases, etc)
   will be added to the corporate registration.

2. Board Member
   The additional board member is not an officially named position such as chairman, but they do act as an officer of the company and will be added to the corporate registration.
