The Space Coast’s only Comic Book, Sci-Fi, Gaming, Fantasy, Pop Culture & Music festival. Saturday April 12th at the Melbourne Auditorium. $14 at the gate, $10 advance tickets at ShowClix. Kids 12 & under are free.

##Member Volunteers These are the volunteers who will be helping with the booth at the event. The plan is to meet at the makerspace at 9:30 am in order to caravan everything we want to show off to the auditorium and set everything up before the doors open at 11 am.

  • Josh Pritt aka RAMGarden: helped get the booth from Brian Benson spacecoastnerdfest@gmail.com. Will be helping Space Coast EV Drivers at Brevard Zoo’s Earth Day event that day so may not be able to help at the booth until after 3 pm.
  • Shawn Nock aka nocko; can staff the booth for 2-3 hours and haul some supplies
  • Neil Jansen: Will help staff the booth for as long as needed. I will be bringing my Deltabot 3d- printer / pick-and-place prototype and my Prusa Mendel, and maybe some other nerdy stuff involving vacuum tubes and electronics. Donated $20 towards the booth fee for AC power.
  • Wayne Neverka: could use the van to help move stuff that can’t fit in smaller cars
  • Tony Bellomo will volunteer to help work the booth.
  • Steve Brown is available to help staff the booth (but I’ll probably have to leave by late afternoon or early evening.)

Terms and conditions

This invoice is to confirm a 10x10’ booth space in the events area at Space Coast Nerd Fest. Saturday April 12th 2014 @ the Melbourne Auditorium. This space includes one 10x10’ booth space & two passes for the agreed amount of $40.00. The vendor will be responsible for their own tent and exhibiting material, such as tables & chairs. If for unforeseen reason the payee is unable to attend a refund will be made if notice of cancelation is made before 14 days of the above stated date.

Thank you for participating at SpaceCoastNerdFest!

Your 10x10’ booth# is (H). You will have two passes. Load in is 7-11am as we expect people will show up early with the event starting at 12pm. Attached is a map & layout as to your booth space and the intake when you pull in to the auditorium.

The entrance is from Lake street (the East side, off of Hibiscus) as all other entrances have been blocked off. Once you are in the lot, you will be stopped and directed to the area designated for your setup. You will be able to unload right from your vehicle before parking. You will need to check in at registration to pick up your passes BEFORE you begin your setup. You will be able to park at your booth and do so. Once set up is complete, you will need to park your vehicle as soon as possible in the vendor parking area. A volunteer will be able to direct you to this area once you are finished with set up.

**Note, you will be given red wrist bands at check in. You must wear these at all times as there will be security watching all angles during load in and will not allow anyone near the booths, vehicles or building during this time without a red wrist band.

**Registration/check in will be at the North-East corner of the Auditorium, just outside the main entrance to the building.

**There is a strict weapons policy against open blades, knifes & swords. Please do not bring these items to the event.
